The Perfect Morning Routine

Having a routine in the morning brings so much peace and joy to my life. It allows me to begin each day with comfort and familiarity. I'd love to share with you what my morning routine looks like each day. :) Of course I want you to create the routine that works best for you, but if you need a place to start, please feel free to pull things from mine! :)

Without further ado, here's my perfect morning routine


Wake up - I usually set my alarm for two hours before I have to be somewhere. Just so I can have a stress free morning :)


Wash Face - This always wakes me up haha!


Meditate / Pray - I always pray and then meditate for a couple minutes


Stretch - Every Morning my stretching routine includes:

  • Stretch

  • 1 Minute Plank

  • 15 Sit ups

  • 15 Jumping Jacks

  • 5 push ups

  • Stretch


Read Scriptures - Always puts me in the best mood :)


Make Bed - A lot of people don't like to make their bed, but I feel like it's just nice to come back after a long day to an organized and beautiful room :)


Eat Breakfast


Get Ready - Hair, Makeup, Clothes. I usually reserve about thirty minutes for this.


Pack Bag for the day - Because I'm a college student, I leave some time for me to pack my backpack and make a lunch
